9 month lease add $50, 6 month lease add $100, 3 month lease add $200, and monthly lease add $300. Deposits: The standard security deposit is equal to 1 months rent however may be up to 2 months rent based on our third party background screening results of your application. Companion Animals: The standard companion animal deposit is $125 per animal.

You may have up to a maximum of 2 companion animals per apartment, and each animal must be under 25 pounds. Please rescue, don't shop. Many of our available apartments have recently been updated.
