We made an appointment a week ago for our dog who has a concerning issue and we showed up 15 mins early for the 10:00 appointment and at 10:50 still hadn't been seen. When we asked the receptionist about how much longer she said another 20 mins!!! That's nearly an hour an a half wait time!! Poor scheduling!!! I understand emergencies arise but if there's a real emergency you should be taking your pet to the emergency pet hospital NOT your vet who has appointments scheduled so you can mess up the whole book for everyone else!! Our time is valuable as well and it was not respected. This was to be

We had an emergency with our Frenchie. We were able to be seen very quickly. The outcome was very good thanks to everyone there. We just moved here from NH and because of our experience....we do not have to find a new vet. We have one!! Highly recommended!

We've tried a few local vets, and this one is absolutely the best. So professional and knowledgeable, but also kind. Not overly expensive either, we couldn't be happier
