Jeb Stogdell (Owner/ Lead Inspector) Jeb grew up in southern Colorado and was a third-generation general contractor, practically growing up with a hard hat and hammer. He graduated from Colorado State University and spent the next 12 years in various areas of commercial project management. In 2010 he moved to Idaho and has spent the last 5 years as a home inspector in the Treasure Valley, completing almost 2,500 home inspections during that time.

A thorough inspection, inside and out, top to bottom of the overall condition of the home. We visually inspect thousands of elements and components of the home in an effort to identify any deficiencies, maintenance or repairs required, and estimated life expectancy of systems. A detailed report with color pictures is provided SAME DAY to you and your agent.
