ArtFit is a new kind of facility that incorporates instruction in the physical arts of martial arts and dance with a family friendly workout facility. Our classes are designed to provide the highest quality instruction as well as a great workout. We offer classes for men, women and children as well as personal training.

Most of the classes that we offer at ArtFit are designed to improve physical fitness as well as skill. We also offer classes and personal training that target specific areas of fitness. Our focus is the health and fitness of the women in Lubbock along with the professionalism of training remarkable dancers.
Defensive Tactics

The Defensive Tactics class at ArtFit goes beyond the typical self-defense course. It is designed to provide the people of Lubbock with tactics and training in order to decrease the possibility of a physical or close quarters attack and to provide the student with viable self defense skills in the event they become necessary.
Japanese Swordsmanship

Gone are the days of Feudal Japan with their noble warrior class and their code of "bushido". The legends and the ideals of the Samurai, however, still intrigue people of our modern cultural. ArtFit can take you on a trip back in time to the era of the Samurai with authentic Samurai swordsmanship taught today just as it was in 1590.

The adult Shotokan class teaches traditional Japanese karate in a historical, yet, interesting way. This is a great class for adults who are looking to improve their fitness level while learning self-defense in a practical and traditional way. The Kid's Karate class teaches traditional karate with a focus on self-defense in a fun and safe environment.

Our Lubbock Kids Karate class educates children in traditional Shotokan karate with an emphasis on self-defense. Children and teenagers will not only learn self-defense and respect, but will also acquire self-discipline, improve physical fitness and athletic abilities, and develop an aptitude for leadership.
