Carol can be found in the front office. She can assist you with most of your needs when you call or visit the office. Carol has over 10 years experience in the dental field as a patient and insurance coordinator. She is certified in Medical Billing and Coding and has a degree in Marketing. Liberty was born and raised in Sumter County and continues to reside there with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
In Liberty's free time she enjoys spending time with her family on the boat or at the beach. Tearsa first began working with Bushnell Family & Cosmetic Dentistry as a consultant/trainer for matters involving the complexities of dental insurance plans. She has many years of experience as a consultant in those matters.

Although born in Texas, Dr. Novak spent many years in Indiana and earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Degree (BSCE) from Purdue University. Upon graduation, he worked as a Structural Engineer in the nuclear power industry and later obtained licensure as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
