Owner and Chef Lynne Hopper began the process of opening Neah-Kah-Nie Bistro in late fall of 2012. A self-taught Chef with chops to back, she spent most of her life catering and working through the hospitality industry. After a short hiatus from the world of food she decided to start another catering business and exposed the North Oregon Coast to what her family has always affectionately called, gourmet comfort food.
