About Us
Report
Intown PT is a physical therapy practice established in 2013 to serve patients of metro Atlanta. It was started by Dr. Ingid Anderson and has grown to include a full staff of professional physical therapists with diverse and expert training in diagnosing and treating common conditions that can be often be mitigated without invasive surgery or addicting narcotics.
Our Philosophy
Report
From the initial visit, we strive to understand your perspective through a thorough interview and evaluation. We want to fully understand not just your diagnosis, but YOU as a person, and what your pain or dysfunction means to your ability to be present in your world. In conjunction with a patient's treatment, physical therapists provide educational information to help you understand how to help yourself.
Services
Report
As orthopedic physical therapists, we relieve pain by treating the underlying causes, not just the aching body part. Pain has many causes and comes in many forms - sore knees and backs, hips and necks, difficulty walking, stiff elbows, headaches, and many more. PTs can relieve most musculoskeletal pain more effectively than other healthcare providers.
