With more than 70,000 residents lacking access to affordable healthcare in the Greenville County area, UHM was developed to reduce area health disparities.

Unity Health on Main is a community-led Community Health Center that serves the Medically Underserved Area (MUA) of Greenville County. Unity Health on Main was formed in 2016 in response to past and current community needs assessments which identified access to healthcare as one of four main priorities.

Our dedicated team of Family Practice Physicians, Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants provide patients with quality care at our convenient location. At Unity Health on Main we aim to work with our families to keep children healthy. We provide well check-ups as well as diagnosis and treatment of common illnesses in children.
