Bass in Kinston, N.C. as a branch of the Stall Rider Company of Raleigh, North Carolina. In 1956, Mr. Bass moved the company to Fayetteville and changed the name to Bass Air Conditioning Co, Inc.

We had a power fluctuation and it destroyed the Contactor in our AC unit. Will came by the next day and got it fixed in no time. We did have to pay a little bit extra since we had it repaired on the weekend and we were also out of Bass' service zone - however I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness that we received during our repair.
