I miss my appointment cause of a family emergency and call to reschedule and I call at 4:57 and was put on hold OK no problem but dame it was 5:16 and still waiting that for me was unprofessional is not like the place is full cause first time I when it was only 4-6 people.

I wish people could select zero, as the ignorance, bad attitude and luck professional costumer service. Try schedule appointment, w waited over 20 min and still on hold, just to schedue. Try call again, hangup 3 times on me. Don't be fool by the good reviews. Most likely they give themselves the good reviews

The staff is amazing. Super friendly and kind. Great at explaining to me what issues I have and how we are gonna work to correct the problem. Always have a variety of appointments available and wait time is not long at all usually within 5 minutes of my appointment time Ill get called.

I was in an automobile accident. I needed a local physical therapist. I came here not knowing what to expect. I can tell you this. They are very professional. The entire staff down to the folks on the phone are the epitome of what a business should be and operated. They have given me the opportunity to recover and leave here on my days of therapy feeling accomplished with respect . I am heading back to work next week and have all of these folks to thank. Have no doubt this place is great. They got me back to where I need to be and they can do the same for you.

Fortaleza Rebabilitation and Fitness Center by far is one of the best centers in Philadelphia. Only on my third visit and my first visit here was only but amazing. My should felt so much better and knee only on first visit. They target whats wrong and solve problems step by step. I appreciate them and grateful I picked this place to get physical therapy. Staff is amazing. They care and take their time with you and dont rush you like other places. Once again this place is great!

On my first visit to Fortaleza I was a bit nervous because I did not know what to expect but during my appointment time I felt a relief of pain. From when I first came in I felt no strength in my right leg but towards the end of my visit I felt a little bit better and look forward to coming back. The people here are here nice and comforting.
