From growing up with a mother who alienated her father to being a child therapist and seeing that what happened in courtrooms didn't truly serve the best interests of children, she solidified her commitment to achieving equality for men.

Melissa L. Isaak founded the Isaak Law Firm to fight exclusively for the rights of men in family law. Prior to becoming an attorney, Melissa served in the U.S. Army as an active duty soldier. While on active duty, Melissa attended college as a full-time student and obtained her bachelor's degree and a master's degree in psychology.

Jessica practices out of the Isaak Law Firm's Montgomery office. Prior to her admission to the Alabama State Bar, Jessica received her Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Birmingham-Southern College.
