Dr. Fabiani and Dr. Karp are graduates of the University of Florida. Both are currently Fellows in the Academy of General Dentistry, and are active members of the West Coast Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Sarasota County Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
They also belong to the Academy of General Dentistry and University of Florida College of Dentistry Alumni and Friends, and continue their education on the newest dental techniques in order to offer the most advanced dental care available anywhere.

Dr. Douglas R. Fabiani is from Clearwater, Florida. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition. He was accepted early into dental school. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Florida College of Dentistry in 2000, he was accepted into a General Practice Residency program at the VA Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.

We know and understand the importance of good preventative care. Part of this includes brushing and flossing your teeth properly. Good dental preventative care is really important to ensure a healthy mouth, including your gums and teeth. It is important to brush your teeth at least twice daily to help remove plaque and food particles that get stuck to your teeth.
