Faith-Based Education for K-8 Students in Burke, VA
Nativity Catholic School was founded in 1996 through the dedication of the Felician Sisters, beginning with Sister Lisa Marie DiSabatino and Sister Marie Victoria. Our school has consistently committed itself to academic excellence and Catholic values. Under the leadership of Principal Maria Kelly since 2001, we have maintained a focus on innovative teaching methodologies. In 2008, we earned recognition as a Blue Ribbon School for our educational achievements. Our integrated STEM curriculum, developed for grades K-8, was awarded the STEM School of Excellence designation by the International Technology and Engineering Educators Association in 2024.

We received the National Certificate for STEM Excellence from the National Institute for STEM Education in 2025. Our 1-to-1 Chromebook student ratio ensures technology remains an integral part of modern learning. We foster each child's potential through faith-based education rooted in gospel values. Our graduates consistently demonstrate strong preparation for higher education and lifelong service.
