Qigong
Report
Qigong, pronounced "chee-gong" is an ancient Chinese healthcare practice that integrates your breath, movement, physical postures, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. It has many roots: medicine, martial arts and philosophy. It is traditionally used to balance one's qi (or chi - "life energy") and involves a steady, rhythmic breathing pattern paired up with repetitious fluid movement.
Prenatal Massage
Report
One of my specialties at DLT Massage is prenatal massage. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in a women's life. Nine months jam-packed with excitement, anticipation, worry, and wonder. But it's not always easy - especially in the physical sense. Aches and pains in different areas of the body can create discomfort along this journey to motherhood.
Yoga
Report

I came here because I was having terrible pain in my neck and shoulder, combined with tingling in my arm and hand. I have had 2 appointments and starting to get some relief. I have never had a therapist before who could find every point and work it without it being painful. I look forward to going back and eventually just getting an overall massage!

I have not had a massage in a long time and this was by far the BEST massage ever. I was so relaxed! It was the right amount of pressure and felt so relaxing. The best 90 minutes! Diane is AMAZING!

SCIATIC NERVE PAIN, Diane was able to help get directly on the pain areas (without any direction) and 1/2 way through the massage i was already feeling 75% better.
I frequently get massages (both therapeutic and for relaxation) and this was the best massage I have ever experienced for any specific pain/ issue.

I have a hard time finding massage therapists who really listens and have the strength to give myself the pressure I need (my husbands fingers even hurt to give you an idea the pressure I like). My neck and shoulders are the main problems and Diane always loosens it up for me. I drive all the way from Columbia to get my sessions in with her. And I love that she’s very flexible with her scehdule and communication is always quick and easy with her! Please go check her out!

Magical hands!! The massage therapist knows how to work the kinks out of your muscles and is very knowledgble in her field. I have been to many message therapists across the country and she ranks right up there near the top.

I had people give me great reviews on this massage place and had high hopes. When I got to the massage location, it's located in a chiropractic office, the office smelled of cat pee and had a huge dog in the waiting room. I didn't really like that, but gave it a chance because of the great reviews I heard. I went back for my massage and Was a little taken back by how Homey it was considering I was coming to get a prenatal massage. The table was much different then I thought it Would be and wasn't really what I had heard was used for prenatal massage. I ended up laying on my stomach flat on the

Diane is a skillful massage therapist who knows the body well. This knowledge allows her to administer the appropriate massage treatment to your needs. She has helped me with misaligned hips and shoulders, knots in my legs, and strengthening my neck muscles. It sounds like I am falling apart, and not so, due to her diligence and ability to assess and find my problem areas. I am an avid ballroom dancer, and as I achieve different capabilities with dance, she assists my body in staying fit.

I regularly cycle and I went to Diane at the urging of my wife after a long ride to loosen up my muscles. She is incredible. She knew exactly where to work which muscles for ultimate healing and I felt much better. She is definitely my choice in the future.

Diane was WONDERFUL! She started off by asking me what I wanted to focus of the session to be, and she was great at locating the areas that needed the most work. Definitely the best massage I have ever had! Not only is she an incredible massage therapist, but she was a genuinely nice person as well - an awesome experience all around!
