There is a reason why they have so many available apartments! It may look okay but you do not want to rent here! I would not recommend this place to anyone. They give you the run around when things don't work. They gouge you every chance they get. Cars getting broken into were on the rise. There is allot more but I hope this helps/prevents someone else from going through what I did.

DO NOT LIVE HERE
I have now lived here for 3 months and have had nothing but trouble. When I first moved in my balcony was so unsteady that when you stepped out on it the whole thing would rock back and forth. Maintenance came and said they would look into seeing what they could do to stabilize. Heard nothing back so I reached back out and office management came and told me it was fine (even though it was clearly unstable and maintenance agreed it needed to be fixed). Only after threatening to call the city was it fixed.
The A/C would not get below 78, just continuously ran for 3 straight days
