I have been looking for medical supplies for my grandma for a while. I tried multiple places in the twin cities area, none of them were any good. I finally ran across Bi Medical, they have great customer service and great equipment. My grandma just had knee surgery she needed a 4 wheel walker, and wound supplies. After checking my grandma’s insurance, Bi Medical provided me with these items. I have NO complaints! If your insurance is not approved I’m sure, they will work it out or refer you somewhere else.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Every time I go here, they always provide great service. If they don't have the item I'm looking for, they order it offline for me. They open/close the time they say do, and a month ago the Manager John himself came to deliver my nieces Breast Pump after work hours. What a great business. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!
