There have been a few maintenance issues that have occurred in the two years that I have lived here, but theyre pretty typical of any apartment complex. The new maintenance staff on site has gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I have had. Jason and Lamont, in particular, have been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of my recent maintenance requests. Their helpfulness and dedication is very appreciated.

We have a challenging family situation and needed help securing an apartment. I called Ken Clarke at Ridge at Perry Bend and he hit the ground running. He quickly setup a consulting appointment, and did an outstanding job explaining everything about the complex complete with a comprehensive walking tour. Ken is personable, knowledgeable and has an outgoing personality. From the very beginning he made us feel right at home--so we secured a lease :) As Tina Turner would say, "simply the best!"

First of all HUGE SHOUTOUT to the office for setting up a maintenance request last minute. Then another HUGE SHOUTOUT to Lamont and Jason who took care of what I needed ASAP. Not only did they find a quick solution but they were able to finish it in less than an hour. They are not only friendly but speedy and made sure nothing else was needed. These guys deserve a RAISE!!
