After a horrible situation involving the owner of the house I rented and the landscaping vendor that did a terrible job, Luc with Rentals America went above and beyond to make things right.
I had a 1 star review on here but realized that RentalsAmerica was not the ones my issue was with and it was not fair to leave a bad review on something they have no control over.
5 star rating comes from Luc taking it upon himself as the owner and reconciling the issue for me as best as he could.

For those 3+ years she made it a breeze to manage the property while we were over 2,000 miles away. Every year there was usually an issue with our AC, garage, or something else. And every time she quickly let us know and coordinated the repair. We likely spent less than a 1-2 hours per year managing/thinking about the property, all of it remotely.
When it came time to sell our home she worked with our us and our Realtor and helped coordinate most of the repairs/upgrades to get it show

Rentals America have managed my property in Phoenix for ten years and i could not recommend them more. Being based in Dubai a good property management company was paramount for me as I need to do everything remotely - they were always curteous and available, knowledgeable and hands on .. They are excellent at communication. They do regular checks on the properties and rent quickly when faced with a vacancy. The not so good part is they hold your rent income for a few days, they take the late fees when a tenant pays late. Their fee is super reasonable on the big picture but get you with charges constantly.

PRO TIP: If you as a property owner complain about your service here, you can get 2 months of management fees waived with no questions asked. The reason for this is that Rentals America works based on volume, not quality. They're happy to lose a little bit of money to keep focusing on their hundreds of money-printing properties that have no issues. If you ever come across a serious problem, you will not be helped.

We rented out a single family home in North Scottsdale and Brandi was our Property Manager. Making our situation more difficult, we are out-of-state landlords. Luc, it says you are the business owner. Isn't the way the business is run ultimately your choice? I spoke to the leasing office before renting. I asked about the maintenance process and who was responsible for maintenance. I was told Rentals America would provide maintenance. I was not informed that it would be up to the owner to decide if the condo had operational appliances, electric, plumbing, even a front door. What was advertised was not provided and I find that unethical, bordering on fraud, possibly illegal.

Lora did a great job renting my Property. I hired Rentals America after researching various property management companies in the Phoenix area. Lora was assigned to my property and jumped on the management right away. All in all my property was on the market for less than a day before we had a qualified renter that was paying top dollar. As they are helping with every problem I've had since moving in a house they just took on i do appreciate that but check your listings first before renting. I've had my washer fixed, my fridge went out a day before vacation, toilets do not flush correctly, my master shower head rotted off literally in my hand, and the biggest problem of all roaches!! They keep blaming it on the golf course i live on but German roaches aren't that way.... and now I'm told it's my problem to handle. I'm disgusted with my house and won't eat here but i asked a way to break the lease

Our experience with Rentals America was amazing. Tammy was an incredible advocate for us and our tenant. She worked tirelessly to make sure that we and our tenant received solutions to any issues that arose. We selected this property management company based on the positive reviews on Yelp. However, this company was unable to find a tenant for our house during the 4 months we had the house listed with them, despite continual price drops and move-in specials. The property was a newly renovated 4-bedroom house about 20 minutes outside the Phoenix downtown, walking distance to schools, and the rent price was competitive for the area. We met with Lorrie, who explained everything and got us set up. Things started to go downhill when we got assigned, Lyndsi, our property manager. I had to do this review as the ratings are so misleading that they fooled me to try them out. As a multiple property owner , I can say they are worst. I reached out to them to get some info on their online estimate in October talking about a property availability in 2/3 months, and Lorrie mentioned some discount deal going and I need to sign up before end of October as she sweetly pulled me in saying that property will stay disabled but I can still get discount on my account. I felt lucky calling that day but little did I know that it was scam to reel me in, as I saw no such discount advertised
