Fitness Classes
Our fitness classes combine cardiovascular exercise with strength training in dynamic formats like Tabata Training and Fitness Bootcamp. Certified instructors guide participants through equipment-based circuits and high-intensity intervals designed to improve endurance and muscle tone. The 68 weekly sessions accommodate all fitness levels through progressive intensity options.
Yoga
Specialized yoga classes include Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles taught in a dedicated studio. Instructors individualize instruction for beginners and experienced practitioners through alignment-focused postures and breathwork. Small group settings ensure personalized attention while maintaining meditative atmosphere with specialized props.
Dance Classes
Dance fitness programs like Zumba and B. Barre Fit blend choreographed routines with cardiovascular conditioning. Classes range from high-energy Latin-inspired dance to controlled barre movements emphasizing muscle isolation. No experience required as instructors break down complex sequences for all skill levels in a judgment-free environment.
Cardio
Cardiovascular training options include Nafas Circuit using treadmills and TRX bands, Morning Blast combining weights and jump ropes, and Tabata Training's high-intensity intervals. Each session strategically alternates between equipment stations to maintain elevated heart rates while building metabolic endurance through varied movement patterns.
Pilates
Pilates classes focus on deep abdominal and spinal stabilization through controlled movements and specialized equipment. Non-impact exercises develop lean muscle mass while improving flexibility and posture. Instructors emphasize proper form using reformers and resistance tools to create balanced strength without bulk.

I've been going to Nafas for almost 5 months now. I love the Barre classes. It amazes me the workout you can get with zero impact. I can see muscle definition like never before in my legs, it's crazy. The yoga classes are great. I really enjoy the Yin class, it's my hour of mental health each week. My friend got me started on Yoga Basics. It's not necessarily an easy class but rather focuses on the right posture. As someone whose journey to Yoga started at bigger gyms this is really important to me. They take the time to explain the proper positions and if you are off they will

Great workout place. Staff is awesome. I would give it five stars. But The air freshener is so strong in there if you have allergies or sensitivities you will have a problem like I do

I should start this review by stating I greatly dislike pretty much every exercise studio or gym where I have attempted to exercise. Typically, the other people are rude and make me feel self conscious. But I tried a Zumba class here and learned that exercise doesn't have to be humiliating! I loved the class. The instructor was great! Everyone who was in the class focused on themselves and was varied as far as size and athletic ability. I am so thankful to have found Nafas and can't wait to make this a part of my fitness routine!

Loving it so far! I love the variation of classes to choose from. Instructors are nice and motivating. I have attended Zumba and Tighten and Tone so far. One thing I noticed though is that the floor where the Zumba is held is sticky. :(
I wear an appropriate dance workout/ dance shoes where its easy to pivot but even that is very hard to do because the floor is sticky. Its probably because its the same floor where major/sweaty workout classes are held. (Im one of them now) :)
This suggestion is all with love! Ill keep coming nevertheless because I think the place is awesome!
