The manager as well as the property staff were all incredibly patient, knowledgeable and polite. They took their time to answer all of the questions I had and never once did I feel like I was being rushed. While I was there I had the opportunity to observe the staff handle several other clients, which ranged from future residents to their current residents. Every interaction was consistent and I could tell they were being genuine. I don't often leave reviews (this is my second review that I've ever left in my life), but the staff at Oaks at Canterbury Apartments definitely earned it.

Solid experience. The staff was extremely friendly and the units are absolutely breathtaking. I've been wanting to move into the area for quite sometime and I am extremely thrilled to be calling this place home soon!

The Community here is just wonderful! Management of the property has excellent response times on any issues, I just recently moved here after a new job landed me in the area. I would gladly recommend this place to any and all.

All in all a very nice place to live. Really like the greenspace that is available. Neighbors are all pretty chill, other then Cloe and her husband.
