My name is Danielle Jacobson, the owner and sole practitioner. I have been a physical therapist for over 25 years. My career began in 1992 with Sarasota Memorial Hospital working in Acute General Surgical, Cardiac and Long-Term Rehabilitation. From 1994 to 2014, I have worked in several outpatient orthopedic, chiropractic, and podiatrists clinics.
I believe in consistent learning and utilizing the latest techniques to provide patients with relief and freedom from injury. Continuous education and diverse work experience has helped me in implementing techniques and dynamic exercise. I started Angel Hands Physical Therapy in 2015 with a mission to deliver a higher level of care in a quiet and relaxing environment.
