Our Story

It all started in 2005. Real estate on Hilton Head Island (and everywhere else) was smoking hot, and I jumped on the renovation/resale bandwagon. I enjoyed quite the success, albeit briefly, and then the market changed. By 2006 I found myself with a beautifully renovated property and large mortgage, but no buyer.

Dog Friendly
Report
We welcome the most well-behaved dogs for an additional fee of $250/pet plus a $500 pet deposit. Dogs must be vaccinated, flea treated, and crated when left alone. We regret we cannot accept Labradors or other oily coated breeds and dogs are never allowed on furniture or in beds or pools. If in doubt or you have multiple dogs, please inquire.
