Education is the foundation for any doctor. Dr. Alvarez earned both of his degress from Indiana University. Prior to graduating from there with his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1996, Dr. Alvarez earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. So it comes as no surprise that he taught part-time at the IU School of Dentistry for 17 years.
