Behavioral Health

Open Health offers behavioral health services to help individuals live the best life possible. Our providers are clinically trained to connect you to the right specialists at the right time and also to provide confidential, individual and group counseling for patients with substance abuse and/or addictive disorders.

Serving adult and pediatric patients, we make your experience as comfortable as possible and ensure you and your family have the best possible plan for maintaining healthy oral hygiene.
Infectious Disease

Open Health Care Clinic provides treatment to patients living with HIV, the Hepatitis C Virus and other sexually transmitted infections, in addition to screening for infectious diseases. For those patients living with HIV, our Social Services staff can provide linkage to care and non-medical case management to those patients who qualify under the Ryan White Case Management Program.
