We have been bringing our pets here for a very long time, and usually things are pretty good. The doctor is carrying, but sometimes his inability to fit a regular client in for an appointment is very hit-or-miss, even in times of need when a pet is experiencing a very urgent issue. Part of the benefit of going to a small locally owned veterinarian is the customer service. Yet it is lacking lately, especially from his front office staff. He should put hidden cameras or secret shoppers into the business, so he can better understand what is really happening when he is not paying attention. Then again

The female employees Jessika and Autumn made the visit very comforting. They made me feel like that old fashioned family vet visit. It was very refreshing to see young ladies with such heart. The Dr, was very kind. I felt she took the time to listen with that comforting attitude despite all of us that were in a hurry. Dr. T is one of the few that still puts the patients first over finance. It's unfortunate that sometimes companies feel money is more important than service. Not Dr. T! We are blessed to have such a wonderful Doctor.

So, my friend had been taking her dog to this place and was fairly pleased with the DOCTOR, Thomasson, the office staff on the other hand... So anyway, my friend took her dog there and on an earlier visit, about a month before, explained TO THE DOCTOR that her dog had anxiety riding in the car, the doctor said to bring her dog back about a week or so before they go on vacation and he would give her something for the dog to take to ease the anxiety.
So, she went back to have her dogs nails trimmed, and mentioned at the time of making the appointment that she would need to get the meds or whatever

We needed a second opinion on a surgery for a our dog and Dr Thomason and staff were just excellent. Took so much time with us, not even being their patient. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful.
