The plumber arrived promptly and told us what the issue was and that it did not necessarily need to be replaced and discussed our options. We own a dog, and we had the technician close the door to the basement while he worked and knock on the door if he needed to come up to get equipment from his truck so we could take the dog outside - he was very pleasant about this.
When he was finished he explained everything to us. Whenever we use North Side we have good service and they never try to sell us something we don't need.
