There was some hiccups along the way but the work got done. I can and am glad to say the owner (Bryan) went out of his way to make a point to communicate with me in the end to listen about any and all concerns to make it right which shows and says that he does care about providing a good quality end result and wants to continually improve his business in ways that he can, when hes able to. Which overall in the end lead to a positive experience and outcome. Thank you Bryan!

My siding and roof was demolished during the April 2026 hail storm. I got several quotes from contractors but the decision to use Heins was easy. I pulled the lucky straw and got DJ Burris as my estimator/client manager. He was super on top of communication during the sale and during the project, always followed through, and was so patient. He is just a very honest guy and was easy to trust. I was nervous that since they were doing so many houses in my neighborhood that they would never get to me but sure enough they came around the time that was estimated.
The crews were WOW. So hard working, so respectful of my property, and did a super high quality job. Everything was organized and efficient. Heins also dealt directly with my insurance which was very nice. Very happy to recommend Heins Contracting.

Heins did an excellent job of reroofing our house. They started on schedule, were "quiet" (no blaring music), finished the same day, and did an AMAZING job of cleanup (the amount of debris I found did not even fill one hand). While they did accidentally damage 3 small pieces of sheet metal fascia, they replaced it as good as new within just a few days. I highly recommend Heins.

We had a great experience with Heins and Derek Popp. Like others, hail damage initiated the work and Derek was the most responsive and engaged immediately helping us navigate the insurance process in the days after the storm. He followed that up through out the install (roof, siding , gutters) which the team did a great job on. We appreciated the communication particularly as weather caused schedule changes, and also how present, professional, engaged, and responsive the entire team was throughout. Thanks team!

My experience with Heins Contracting has been exceptional. Rob G. was my exterior specialist, and he kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Rob even contacted me once prior to my roof being replaced after a big storm to make sure that there wasn't any additional damage that needed to be patched before the replacement was completed! The teams that did the roof and gutter replacements were great.
After they were done, you would not have even known that they were here: everything was completely cleaned up, and they showed great respect for my property. I can't say enough good things about this company. When I need to have work done on my house in the future I will definitely be contacting Heins.
