Great selection of top-quality jewelry and diamonds, and if they don't have it, they'll make it. Jeff also is a top-shelf watch maker and repair tech. I followed him from William Crow downstairs when they sadly closed last year. I bring all my watches in for batteries and service. Everything is done quickly and professionally. I came here to get my wedding ring resized and they were able to do it within 24 hours. Customer service is top notch and they really listen to what you want. They do custom jewelry and also have beautiful engagement rings here! Some traditional and modern designs I loved them all. Highly recommend!!

I have worked with Avi many times over the years, including for my most important jewelry purchase of both mine and my husband's wedding bands.
He is exceedingly kind, considerate, patient, and most of all.... just an all around fun guy! And this goes for each one of his employees I have had the privilege to interact with over the years, ESPECIALLY Kandice.
His taste is impeccable and I always love coming into his store to play. I just couldn't recommend

I was recommended to Avi by a coworker whose son had designed an engagement ring through Bulow. I had inherited a number of rings and other jewelry that I had never worn in the 10 years of owning them. I felt it was time to sell, melt down, or create a new piece of jewelry from the collection.
Avi helped me to sort through what was costume vs real, how much value the gold had, and melt down the pieces I was fine parting with. We then designed two new rings- one for my mom and one for myself- using several of the stones from the jewelry that was melted down. My mom and I are so happy with the end

Avi came highly recommended to me from two close friends, though it took me buying a ring online and sleeping on it for a few nights to finally heed their advice. Now that I'm happily engaged and my fiancee absolutely loves the ring Avi and I designed for her, it's clear that I ultimately made the right call. Both of my friends who used Avi had gotten engaged a few years prior to the online guys (James Allen, Blue Nile, etc) really gaining prominence, and I convinced myself I could get a better deal cutting out the middle man. Avi Bulow and the team at Bulow Jewelers created an exquisite masterpiece for me. I had first seen Avi's beautiful engagement ring on my friend's hand two years ago at my own wedding. Avi is the best! I had heard about him from my best friend who Avi helped with his engagement ring. From when I first met him he has always been genuine, listened to me and what I wanted, was patient with my indecisiveness, and not only was willing to answer all of my questions but taught me a ton about diamonds in the process.

I have dealt with Avi on a major diamond purchase. I am not at all pleased. I felt he was arrogant and talked down to me. I regret dealing with him and wished I would have gone elsewhere. I know now I was not given a good deal and my treatment was worse. I didn't feel like he was sincere, and my interactions with him left me feeling like I got taken. I just wanted the experience over and I settled and now regret it.
