William Carillon is the owner and chief stylist at Spectre Hair Design. He has been a salon owner for over 20 years and has been in the industry for more than 40 years. In 1996, William was invited to represent the United States in international hair styling competitions. Over the past 20 years, his inspired creations in both hair design and make-up have earned him multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in World Wide Competitions.
William loves his craft and his clients. His greatest joy is making every person who sits in his chair look and feel great. With over 17 years as a Jacksonville Beach stylist, Brandi's focus is on color, cutting, and styling services while in a fun and relaxing environment. Brandi loves creating new looks with her clients as well as maintaining their signature do.
