We had the opportunity and pleasure of working with Austin and Mark in recently purchasing a condo in Breck. The marketplace was crazy. Mark provided insights on the marketplace, properties and changing trends. Austin was great in being patient, guiding us through the process and was readily available to answer any question we had - day, night, or week-ends. If you are looking for a realtor in the Breckenridge area, look no further than Luke Paffrath. He guided us through the crazy real estate market that currently is Breckenridge treating us like family the entire time. He was the voice of reason when determining an appropriate offer to make, and a calming force through the entire process. Luke promised that if we were patient he would find us our dream home and sure enough he did. We closed in September and could not be happier!
