Ron Bauguss is the owner of CHP Home Inspections. Ron was born in North Carolina and has been in the building and construction industry for over 20 years. As a NC Licensed Home Inspector and a NC Licensed General Contractor, Ron knows how to build a home from start to finish. I am Client Friendly; I encourage all of our clients to attend the home inspection. I take the time to walk them through the findings and point out maintenance tips for the home. At the end of the inspection I do a complete review including a picture demonstration. I fix the small stuff.
