Physical Therapy
Our physical therapy services address neuromuscular conditions, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries. Using manual therapies, exercises, and advanced equipment, we reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries. Certified specialists create customized plans for conditions like back pain, arthritis, and sports-related injuries, focusing on restoring function and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Massage Therapy
Specialized massage techniques target muscle soreness, stress relief, and injury recovery. Services include deep tissue, sports, and neuromuscular massage to alleviate pain, improve circulation, and promote relaxation. Our therapists address conditions like headaches, fibromyalgia, and postural imbalances, integrating massage into broader rehabilitation programs for optimal results.
Golf Rehabilitation
Golf-specific rehabilitation combines biomechanical analysis and strength training to enhance performance and prevent injuries. We address swing limitations, improve flexibility, and treat conditions like rotator cuff syndrome, ensuring golfers return to play safely. Programs integrate physical therapy, personal training, and equipment analysis for comprehensive care.
Muscle Activation Technique
MAT targets muscle tightness and limited range of motion by identifying and correcting neuromuscular imbalances. This non-invasive technique improves joint stability, reduces pain, and enhances athletic performance. Ideal for athletes and individuals with chronic pain, MAT restores efficient muscle function through precise assessment and targeted interventions.
Pelvic Floor Strengthening
Emsella technology strengthens pelvic floor muscles to treat urinary incontinence and improve sexual function. High-intensity focused electromagnetic therapy induces powerful contractions, enhancing muscle tone without surgery. This non-invasive solution benefits both men and women, addressing pelvic health concerns with no downtime or recovery period.

Possibly, the most horrible experience I ever encountered with a clinic in my lifetime. They are very rude, obnoxious and very bossy from top to bottom. . From the very first call, they wanted me to come in when it was convenient for them. Totally unprofessional staff. Stay away from this establishment as much as possible.

I had my first out of 12 appointments today with Jessica to go over a vertigo diagnosis and I can't say enough great things about her. She took her time, asked a lot of questions, explained everything well but we also laughed together and the whole time I felt heard, understood and taken serious with my concerns. This is how I would love for every doctor, therapist and anyone dealing with clients to be.

I will update once done with my sessions but for today I want to say I'm impressed and glad this place was chosen by my PCM. In addition, the front staff was also kind and friendly. A good experience

I was in so much pain for so long! The first time I saw Joe M. he said -Youre going to feel so much better by the time you leave - and OMG! I did! I cried when I got home and again in the morning when I woke because I didnt hurt! He wasnt the first I had gone to for help but he might just be the last. My life changed that day, no lie. What more can I say?

One more 5-star from me! Jason helped me recover quickly from a knee injury, which luckily did not require surgery. All of the staff I met at Great Moves were expert and a pleasure to work with.

After a week of severe lower back discomfort, tension, & pain I realized that it wasn't going away by itself. A family member suggested Great Moves. She mentioned that she won't go anywhere else. I can't say enough about the entire staff who is friendly and competent. Nat and Robbie are doing wonders for me. I can't express how much I appreciate their work. I completely endorse and promote this facility.
