This was my first visit ever and I was truly disappointed. They had me stand outside in the freezing cold to come inside when there were seats available inside. My nail tech (Angela) literally washed my feet for 15 minutes after I had waited 25-30 minutes just to get serviced and I got no apology or even a thank you for waiting. Then I had to go back the next day because my pedicure was horribly done and already chipping! and had to be redone. Even after the second visit Angela still did a terrible job. The pictures are from the first visit and 4 days after I got serviced. I give this place a 0
