We spent a great deal of money here, almost $10k) only to find out that the most expensive ring I bought was white gold that was yellow gold plated! They claimed the ring I bought was 18k, ended up being 14k. They agreed to replace it, we'll see what they dream up. Stay away.

I was compelled to write this review because of how impress I am, Gold house Jewelry finally made my wife happy :) , but I was pleasantly surprised, The quality of the rings and all the diamonds is marvelous, Not only that, but the real attraction is the uniqueness of the pieces, They are truly something special. the Owner is a wonderful person and does very creative jewelry and suggestions, my wife absolutely adore the ring and the customer service, I could not have been more pleased, thank you for the whole team of Gold house jewelry. I wholly recommend this place.

I purchased a very expensive ring that quickly oxidized (turned black) and made my finger green. They would not refund my money and offered to either plate the ring in gold (they said something must have happened when they resized it for me) or give me store credit. It was a shame because they have a lot of nice looking pieces but I cannot trust their quality.

I to spent alot of money at the store and the ring I got is very poor quality. I have had the ring for less than a year and have had it repaired once about a month ago and now I have 2 big chips out of the stones. My options were to have it fixed again or they would give me store credit. I am not happy with the quality of this ring, why would I want another poor quality item. I agree with the other reviews, STAY AWAY.......
