update: I had another issue -- needed a new washer hookup. Not too crazy. They came out a few days later to take a look, gave me an estimate on the spot, and were able to come out the next morning to do the work. It looks fantastic, saved me literally a thousand bucks. I'm still VERY happy with their work and working with them.

Technician Travis was at my door within 15 mins and he quickly found the problem. He was able to snake the sewer line under the house and clear the small roots and clog in short order. Really appreciate his knowledge and expertise and would highly recommend Travis and Rooter Man for any plumbing issues!

I can not say enough good things about this company. Our kitchen sink clogged for no apparent reason the day before a house full of company was due to come in. we called a company we had previously used and they gave us an appointment for a week out. that was not going to work. I went on my trusty Facebook page and asked for referrals .Everyone said Rooterman and Nelson Huggins were great so my husband left a message at 9 pm on a Sunday night and they were there before 10 am the next day. They were amazing. had the problem fixed in under an hour and for less than what we expected to pay. Nathan was our tech and he was so pleasant. I will never use another plumbing company

Nathan came out and did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink/disposal. He also did a quick fix with our toilet in which we barely had water in. He was a nice guy, on time, and professional. Within an hour of calling in, he was able to come out! We have family coming to visit from out of state in just a few days so time was of the essence. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Travis was extremely helpful today. We had a sewage backup and it was “fixed” Friday afternoon by unknown, and when presented with a reoccurring issue this morning at 8 am, I called around 10 am Saturday morning since we’re in the middle of getting stuff from storage a few towns over. Travis was able to set realistic expectations with setting up a time to reevaluate the issue that would work for both our schedules. Not only that, he allowed me to see what the issue was and suggested ways to prevent it from continuing to happen. In and out with a half hour, which was great since I have a toddler

We had a clog in the main line of our home that was preventing the toilets from flushing. I spoke to Kim who arranged for 2 of their service techs to come to our house on the same day of my call. Travis and Milton were outstanding. They were able to come to my house even earlier than I expected, diagnosed the problem, quoted the cost of repair, unclogged the drain line and used a camera so that we could see the condition of the lines under the house. Had an issue with my kitchen sink that i could not seem to fix myself. After calls to multiple plumbers in the Charleston area, I was referred to Rooter-Man. Alex was on-site the same day, and within half an hour had identified the problem and provided a couple of different solutions. Professional, friendly, helpful and speedy! Alex was our service technician and was fantastic. Helped us install a new garbage disposal and faucet and walked us through all the features. Quoted a fair price for quality work before he started, disposed of all the old parts, cleaned up the work and didn't even wake up the kids who were napping. Excellent service and price! I called at 12:30 pm with a leaking sink, and was told they would dispatch someone out to see me asap. He met me 30 minutes later and diagnosed the problem. He gave me a very reasonable quote, and went to get the parts. This involved soldering chrome pipes together. I am very happy with my service and will definitely use them again! (I'm in Charleston SC, not San Francisco, CA)

Rob arrived within 30 minutes. asked what the problem was. Explained his charges up front. Told me what I needed to do. He was very professional and polite. Very very knowledgeable in his job. From my first call to the office I was treated so professionally! Kim made sure I had an appointment right away, which is important when you can't flush your toilet!!! Travis took care of my issue in no time and the charge was super reasonable. When he was snaking out my lines he called me over to see that the old cast iron sewer pipe in the house I just purchased was narrowed and needed to be replaced. He never pressured me, he simply presented the facts and video which was enough.
They finished replacing the line today and once again great work, fast and reasonable!! I hope I never need them again but if I do I am confident the job will be done right!!

I highly recommend not calling this company for any plumbing job. I guarantee, you will regret it!!! 2 guys came out to unclogged a bath tub. The charge was as much more than lawyer fee per hour and owner tells me that was after giving me discount. REALLY!!! It only took not more than 30 mins to unclogged the tub.
