Erland Construction
Erland is committed to developing and empowering our people to deliver outstanding construction management services through a collaborative and rewarding experience that results in successful projects, long-term relationships, and real value. To be the construction firm of choice, leveraging experience, knowledge, and innovation to anticipate and fulfill the evolving needs of our clients, people, and industry.

The ability of the team to step back and assess situations and move on a plan to mitigate any issues was impressive. Erland kept the project moving and on schedule during a pandemic. With a focus on quality and client relations, Erland's revenue grew to $70 million in just four years. In 1980, Erland completes their first residential project: The School House Condominiums in Boston, MA.
Services
Over the last four decades, client service has become a major component of our success as a construction management firm. This stems from the partnerships our employees create while working collaboratively with owners, owner's project managers, architects, and subcontractors and grows with every completed project.
Careers
Report
In 2008 I was hired for a field supervisor position, career wise, I am progressing exactly where I want to be. I moved on from a field supervisor position to a project superintendent. Eventually, I really want to move on to a senior superintendent or even a general superintendent role. I've got another 15 years in me to get all that done.
