Absolutely outstanding, professional, and thorough job. We had used a different inspector on a different house before Greenlight, and Greenlight absolutely blew them out of the water. The inspectors were professional, polite, and experts in their craft (Nathan was our inspector). They were incredibly detailed in the inspection and took their time. More importantly, their report they provided was remarkable. It is organized with such detail but in such a user-friendly and easily understood manner; it even includes links to products for DIY. Greenlight Home Inspections did a phenomenal job inspecting our future home. The two gentleman were very thorough and their report was far beyond our expectations! Everything they inspected included a photo and an in-depth explanation. Additionally, they included helpful links for simple diy fixes. Not only did they get the job done, but they were very friendly and followed up the job with a phone call to go over the report. I highly recommend this company for any and all home inspections.

First time: Nice people & they were very thorough. This company also offers several services that most home inspectors don’t like… transfer of utilities to new address done for you, coupons for local handyman services, etc. They also warranty some of the major systems after inspection which is not common among home inspectors. Worth every penny for the extra piece of mind! Inspection report was very thorough with photos, 360 views, descriptions to include “FYI” on certain items for clarification. Super happy with Greenlight & the service they provided!

They helped me to NOT buy a house and then helped me BUY a house and answered all questions we had. Not to mention how cool they were with our 2 year old running around during the process

After a seller accepted my offer on a house, I asked my realtor for her recommendation for a home inspector one of them on the list was Greenlight Home Inspections. I took a day to go through all reviews on the companies but I choose Greenlight due to not having any bad reviews... The day of the inspection, my anxiety was high because I convinced myself that no one has 5 star reviews like that but no, believe the reviews, these guys are very thorough to the big things all the way. down to the small ones and saved me a lot of money in the long run. The report was very informative and easy to read

Being “so close” to becoming first time homeowners was stressful enough, but all that pales in comparison to the the ever so anxious time of home inspection. The team at Greenlight literally found me pacing the driveway 20 min before. They reassured me ten times that if there was a problem to find, they would locate it during inspection. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Greenlight. The communication through phone, text and email has been exceptional. On top of being extremely thorough during the inspection, Nathan and Curtis were open and friendly and made sure we were at ease answering any and all questions. Being first time homebuyers we wanted to make sure that the house we chose was safe for our family, so it was great to see they used top technology like drone footage, thermal photos and 360° photos to make sure they did not leave anything out! We also have to note how much we loved the final report
