We are experts in the local market and will guide you through the entire process of selling your property from listing to sale. Our marketing plans assure your property maximum exposure and we pride ourselves on personal service. We encourage you to contact our office with your questions and to discuss your individual needs.
What is the difference between list and sales prices? The list price is how much a house is advertised for and is usually only an estimate of what a seller would like to get for the property. The sales price is the amount a property actually sells for. It may be the same as the listing price, or higher or lower, depending on how accurately the property was originally priced and on market conditions.
When we decided to sell our house the search began for a realtor. Profiles read and investigations kept drawing us back to one person, Lydia Davis. From our initial conversation to meeting her and signing paperwork we knew we had the right person. Lydia helped us through so many hurdles. We needed a landscaper and she sent us to the right person.

DO NOT rent from these people. Me and my wife were perfect tenants who took better care of our townhome than when we moved into it. When we moved out they mailed us our $500 deposit and deducted $425 for maid fees. We were expecting it to be honest because we had nothing but problems with them. Please heed this warning.

After nearly 30 years of working with this company, I have seen quite a lot. Our company is comprised of professional sales agents, several of whom have been with RE/MAX for more than 30 years, and a Property Management Department that was started back in 1981. The negative posts here are referring to Property Management/Rentals. Dealing with the public in a rental/property management capacity can be very challenging, and it is not possible to make everyone happy all the time, despite one's best efforts. Not every applicant will be approved, sometimes tenants who cannot pay rent must be evicted

Following this lease I will be switching from this company. Karen is about as incompetent as they get and she is rude as well. I have to hold their hand to do their job. What do I pay you for? She does not return calls or emails or even read the emails I sent. The worst communication that I have ever seen. I am completely unsatisfied. The only person who is not rude is Judy, she is helpful.

Terrible, awful customer service! I called to inquire about visiting several rental properties I saw on their website, but the property manager, Dawn, would not show me anything on the weekends or after 5:00 pm on weekdays. This is pretty inconvenient considering most people work during the only time she is available for showings. I finally told her that I would take an afternoon off to look at several properties, but she refused to show them to me until I drove myself through the neighborhood. The homes met all of my requirements, but she still would not meet me until I wasted my time driving
