C.R.S. Physical Therapy Inc. dba Ocean Physical Therapy is dedicated to becoming a widely recognized provider of high quality outpatient physical therapy to persons residing in San Diego County. In addition to the provisions of general physical therapy, Ocean Physical Therapy shall provide specialized treatment to orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and sports injury patients.

All activities of Ocean Physical Therapy shall reflect recognition of basic dignity and rights of all employees, patients, students, referral sources, and community members. Services provided by a doctor of physical therapy with experience in hands-on and manual therapy.

Farshid Farajzadeh graduated in 1991 with Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from San Diego State University. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994 from University of the Pacific. Since 1994, Farshid has worked as an independent traveling physical therapist in California and Nevada.

I was suffering from painful sciatica. My visits to Ocean Physical Therapy were a life saver. After 4 weeks of guided strengthening exercises I was not only pain free, but have learned how to maintain this state with ongoing routines. I cannot say enough good things about Farshid and Ocean PT! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. You get actual time with the PT on every visit then the staff work with you for the rest of the time and this is not always the case. Not only am I fully recovered after ACL repair and an unknown knee prognosis, I'm back to my sport and life. They helped get me through and made it enjoyable. I recommend all day.

I appreciate Ocean Physical Therapy and have wonderful results to show for it! I highly value my physical therapy intervention with Dr. Farajzadeh and all the work he did to improve my physical problem. He was thorough and explained step by step the process, great patient/professional relationship, confident and caring, great staff, and comfortable surroundings.
