C.R.S. Physical Therapy Inc. dba Ocean Physical Therapy is dedicated to becoming a widely recognized provider of high quality outpatient physical therapy to persons residing in San Diego County. In addition to the provisions of general physical therapy, Ocean Physical Therapy shall provide specialized treatment to orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal, and sports injury patients.

Farshid Farajzadeh graduated in 1991 with Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from San Diego State University. He received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1994 from University of the Pacific. Since 1994, Farshid has worked as an independent traveling physical therapist in California and Nevada.
