Services
Tool Design
Our engineering team creates precision tool designs using Siemens NX software for aerospace applications. We produce machine shop-friendly designs that minimize build and repair costs while maintaining strict tolerances. Our parametric modeling approach allows seamless integration with concurrent product development processes.
Gage Fabrication
We manufacture precision gages including template, go/no-go, and functional measurement tools. Our 3-5 axis CNC machining capabilities ensure .0002 tolerances for critical aerospace components. All gages undergo verification using Mitutoyo CMM equipment for dimensional accuracy.
Cast Urethane
We produce custom cast urethane and RTV silicone components for aerospace masking applications. Our materials range from Shore 10A to 80D durometer with resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and extreme temperatures. We offer rapid production from CAD files or physical samples.
Composite Tooling
We design and build resin transfer molds, autoclave tools, and compression molds for aircraft engine components and structures. Our composite tooling solutions include secondary tooling like trim tools and drill jigs for complete manufacturing support.
Additive Manufacturing
