Irby Moncure, CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter) began his insurance career in Richmond, Virginia as a life insurance agent with the John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company. He joined his uncle Eustace C. Moncure in Blackstone as a Property & Casualty agent in 1966. Now retired, Irby loves the outdoors and enjoys turkey hunting and Chesapeake Bay fishing.
