Our passionate London Chiropractors Dr. Heather Dwyer and Dr. Penny Shepherd want to help you achieve optimal vitality and a healthy lifestyle so you can live your best life, whatever your age.

One of our core values is "happiness and joy." We want all of our patients to experience happiness and joy the moment they walk through our door-and then take that feeling with them, knowing we can help restore their body's innate ability to heal itself and function optimally.

I chose to become a chiropractor after playing volleyball in college. At the time, one of my teammates had a whiplash injury after being hit in the head with a volleyball. Traditionally, most people with that type of injury would be out for weeks at a time. She was back at 100% just two days after visiting her chiropractor.

The brain communicates with the body via the nervous system, and the spine protects the nervous system. If there is a misalignment in the spine (called a "subluxation"), this interferes with the nervous system's ability to deliver messages between the brain and the body. When we correct the subluxation, it clears the communication pathway and helps the nervous system function better.
