I miss this apartment so much. This was hands down the best apartment experience Ive ever had. Marshall is very sweet and responsive. The only downside is its a huge loft so it echos and you can hear your neighbors next to you if theyre loud, which we only experienced rarely. Very highly recommend!

I lived at 800 cap for 2 years and I loved every second of it. I dont have any complaints the best place Ive lived so far. Marshall is a great person to work with hes always there to help and is very understanding. Customer service is great also. I just recently moved out and I already missed my apartment with the city view.
