I was born and raised in Laredo, Texas as the youngest of five children, and am a native speaker of both English and Spanish. Before I started practicing law, I was a high school Language Arts teacher for several years. I taught in Laredo, Texas at JB Alexander High School, and in Lexington, Kentucky at Lafayette High School.
