We felt right at home the moment we arrived! Miss Karen and Toni are wonderful people that I feel care for the community. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and our appliances were new. The only thing was our mail key wasnt ready for 10 days or so. Im sure they felt we bothered them a lot about that but they handled it professionally and got the key to us as fast as they probably could. The laundry facility is clean. The entrance gate works. Theres plenty of parking that is unreserved.

Well I have not had the greatest experience. But this month I had no hot water for about two weeks. I will have to say Ms. Karen really cares about her tenants. After she came to my unit and saw that I was boiling water to bath and wash dishes. She inturned went with another company. She also wave January's rent. She sent a team from Rot… Roto-Rooter. A father and son team, when i say they were amazing. They finished the work and then cleaned up every area. I inturned call the company to let them know how pleased with the work and the attention to detail. And to tgank them again for the

Toni and Karen are the best property managers ever. When you call them they will carve out time in their schedule to come and see what is they can do to assure that you're happy. Grounds are well kept, security gate works, laundry is immaculate and the gazebo is a favorite hang out for me and other guest who like to play spades and barbecue. Even throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, the owner of the property took care of those who lost employment by working with them to retain their apartment. He did not bother or harass anyone who had issues with payment of their rent. If you're looking for a place

Weve loved Ardendale Oaks! We were a bit nervous since we moved in sight-unseen, but we were pleasantly surprised by the space and quality. Its a beautiful, quiet, and clean space! Laundry services and grounds are also clean and tidy. Karen and Toni were excellent to work with throughout the entire process and are very responsive to tenant needs. Would definitely recommend!
