The Nordstrom Group managed 2 of my rental properties and also sold one of them for me. Vanessa is the property manager who handled both of my properties and she was so professional. She always did what she said she would do and always kept me informed as to what my renters needed and took care of every problem. Vanessa left the Nordstrom group for a short period of time and I was given another property manager. Needless to say she did not do a good job and was not responsive. Nordstrom Group and Vanessa S. in particular was excellent to work with. The house we rented had some issues that needed to be immediately addressed and were taken care of promptly and completely. Vanessa was excellent in working with us on questions that needed the owners approval, and always kept us in the loop. As newcomers to Tucson with busy jobs, and COVID to deal with, our experience with Vanessa and Nordstrom Group was perfect. Now that we're back to being homeowners - we miss the service!

Unfortunately we were only with the Nordstrom Group for a year since the owner is selling the home but our year with them has been great; they send requests for maintenance ASAP, the online portal is really convenient to pay rent and put in maintenance requests, and the property managers are really accessible and responsive. We initially had Alison and then Vanessa and they were both really supportive and helpful during our tenancy. Vanessa worked with us and our changing/difficult schedules for a walk through and provided clear guidelines/expectations for move out as well as a list of vendors

Recently my family and I where in need of a home to lease.I had no idea how competitive the rental market was. But fortunately I meet Joe with the Nordstrom Group when he showed us a house. Unfortunately we didn't get it , but he went above and beyond to help us find one.
The home we found was perfect but wouldn't be ready for another week, at that point we needed to be in ASAP. The Nordstrom Group was able to get us in Monday. Vanessa is our property manager, she is phenomenal. She has answered every email and every call I've made.

Move out experience was horrible, even though the company politely said they appreciate us taking good care of the property. Spent like $800 for all the cleaning and did the required things in order to return the home as it was. However, they still tried to charge tenants for the repairs which should be owner’s responsibility. I understand they have to protect the right of the owners. But ending up paying like a month rental fee, I am sure no tenant would be happy about it. If you expect tenants lose almost a month fee, then why don’t you state this in the beginning when both sides sign the

My wife and I rented a moderate-sized condo, for one year, with the help of the Nordstrom Group. We have nothing but good things to say about our former leasing agent, Gina Palmer, and landlord.
Communication was always punctual, concise, and not in excess. Gina was always extremely professional and had a lot of grace for us on the tail end of our lease. We were preparing to buy a house and she generously flexed our lease termination agreement twice. She never got frustrated--consistently taking the meaning of customer service to heart.

We known and worked with Nordstrom Group for over 10 years as a tenant and as a property owner. They have always provided great customer service. Our first experience was as a short term tenant where there were issues about the house that they very quickly resolved.
