Drainage Services
Our drainage solutions permanently eliminate water accumulation through patented French drain systems and well-assisted pumping mechanisms. We assess property-specific challenges, implement proper grading, and install 4 perforated piping with 3/4 gravel to redirect water away from foundations. Our team connects sump pumps and downspouts while ensuring proper pitch through laser-level installations. This comprehensive approach prevents basement flooding and transforms soggy yards into functional outdoor spaces with lasting 10-year guarantees.
Snow Removal
We specialize in commercial and residential snow removal using zero-tolerance protocols that clear properties after every snowfall. Our pet-safe, salt-free deicing solutions prevent slip hazards while protecting landscaping. Commercial accounts receive priority service for critical access points. The service includes pre-treatment to prevent ice buildup and maintains driveways, sidewalks, and parking areas throughout winter seasons across Chicagoland neighborhoods.
Landscaping Install
Our landscaping installations integrate drainage solutions with aesthetic improvements using premium materials from Chicago's top nursery. We remove existing elements, install new plantings with 1-year guarantees, and offer lifetime plant warranties with maintenance contracts. Services include custom hardscaping, sod installation with proper grading, and landscape lighting that enhances both functionality and property value through professionally designed outdoor living spaces.
French Drain Installation
We install 12-18 deep French drains with precise pitch calculations using laser levels to ensure proper water flow. The system connects to existing drainage points while incorporating collection basins that filter debris. For challenging locations, we implement 6-foot deep well and pump-assisted systems that operate effectively in freezing conditions. Each installation concludes with sod replacement to restore lawn aesthetics while maintaining functional drainage performance.
Permeable Pavers
Our permeable paver installations address standing water near foundations through specialized porous materials that allow water infiltration. We design custom walkways, patios, and driveway accents that solve drainage issues while enhancing curb appeal. The installation process includes proper sub-base preparation with gravel layers to maximize water absorption, creating durable surfaces that prevent erosion and maintain dry foundation conditions.

I had new soil and sod laid and the guys did a great job. They worked hard and responded to questions and changes without any problems. They made sure everything was in order and cleaned up after the job was finished. I have also used Ware for a water filtering system and I have not had any problem since they installed it as well! Thank you so much for such a great job my lawn looks wonderful!

We had a wooden deck for a front porch that was starting to age. When we removed it we saw that there was a concrete slab underneath it that was pitched toward our house, creating an issue with standing water up against our foundation. We had Mike come by to advise us on the best solution, and he suggested permeable pavers. We were able to come up with a custom design with him that day. The crew was fast, friendly, and tidy. Im sure they do much bigger jobs than our little patio, but this project made a huge difference for our home and we are so pleased with it. Thank you Ware!

Mike, Greg and the rest of the crew made our back yard dream a reality with a drainage system to remove the stream that flowed through the middle of the yard, which flooded every rainstorm and stuck around for weeks. To complete the look in came a perfectly designed beautiful hardscape patio that we cant wait to use this summer. The entire crew were incredible, so friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to every detail. Highly recommend!
