Callie is originally from Lake City, Fl and was brought to Minot by the military. After separating from the Air Force, Callie decided to pursue a career in fitness by becoming a personal trainer. In May of 2018, Callie became ASK Fitness's manager. On top of her management role here at ASK Fitness, she's also involved in training our athletes in the Kinetics program, as well as training several personal training clients!
Tanning

ASK has updated its tanning facility! With brand new rooms and a nice lounge, ASK is the perfect place to tan. We now offer one stand-up bed and one lay-down bed. We also offer a full line of tanning lotions and products, including tanning accelerators, moisturizing lotion, goggles, stickers and other various tanning products.
