This popular restaurant is beautifully situated overlooking a working harbor. There is little parking in front, but there are 2 overflow lots within walking distance. We sat inside on a Monday and were soon provided menus and glasses of ice water. My wife and I each ordered seared scallops with chimichurri plus bacon & corn risotto. A single side dish of coleslaw completed our meal. The food was good, but the hour plus wait from orders taken to delivered was excessive when compared to the 6 other restaurants visited on our 7 night trip.

Had lunch out on the patio, overlooking the bay. Very nice setting. Ordered the lobster Mac and cheese and the Robinson's Grain Bowl salad. The lobster Mac and cheese was delicious...creamy cheese and plenty of lobster. It was a bit pricey at $36 though. The Grain salad was our favorite. Fresh ingredients in a jalapeño cider vinaigrette, which was delicious! Highly recommended!! So impressed I bought a shirt from the gift store.

I recently visited this establishment which used to be one of my favorite restaurants. We sat at the bar it took a while to get our drinks the bartender was not friendly never even cracked a smile, but the drinks were very good. Looked at the menu it was extremely limited compared to previous years very disappointing, we order an appetizer it took 45 minutes to come out a little irritating, we ordered dinner
I want to chowder it was straight out of a can it was horrible did not eat it first time I've ever been that disappointed and a dinner from there I will not recommend this place I will

The food is great. But the service overshadowed it. We went for an early lunch and the place was not very crowded, but it took us an hour to get our food. Once it came, it was delicious. The lobster bisque was creamy with a lot of lobster. The roll was excellent and the fries were well prepared. Everything was wonderful, but the lack of service overshadowed the meal.

Awful. May have been a bad night, but the bartender was incredibly rude while we waited for our table. She spilled the drink of a retiree when serving her and then threw the nice woman a towel while we helped her clean up the bartender's spill. Took an hour to get seated then the kitchen took well over an hour to get our food. We had young kids who couldn't hang on any longer. Place was highly recommended and even understanding the staffing issues with covid, this was a 3 hour experience that ended with us ravishing our meal in 10 minutes and taking refuge from the mosquitoes gnawing

Been stopping here for about ten years. After missing visits due to Covid closure, I realized how special it is. On the water. Sit outside in the rough or dine in at the bars or tables. Everything tastes great. The lobsters, clam chowder, haddock sandwiches, and don't miss the blueberry pie. One star minus as my wife dislikes the bathrooms.

Stopped in on our way through to enjoy some local fare. A table was requested and they where very busy. It took a while to order and unfortunately that was the reason I'm giving this a 4. Tables seated around us after us received their food long before we did and this was a tad bit frustrating. The food was good but would have been better if it wasn't for the extra long wait. Once again food was good...

My wife and I really enjoyed eating at Robinsons. The food and service were both great. We had a table with a great view of the harbor. We got there around 5:30pm and were seated immediately. One thing to note is that there is another parleying lot across and down the street which isn't advertised well at the main lot. Not sure how non-locals would know where to park.

Very nice location and views of the sunset. Food was good as I had their seared tuna with sesame seeds fried green beans, and brussel sprouts which were my favorite. My husband had a lazyman's lobster which was nothing out of the ordinary. if you are going in and out of Southport to Boothbay Harbor this is it good place to stop by.
