Report
1. Left voice mail but nobody called back. 2. Got appt for 8:30am but massage therapist didnt show. In fact entire shop was still closed. 3. Called back another day and they had no record of my appt, said the therapist had been ill and called all her clients to cancel. I contended that I thought that the error must have happened with whomever made the appt. I was told there was no way to confirm what I was saying (even tho I knew the name of the therapist)--was told that they couldn't apologize for it because it wasn't done by the person I was currently speaking to, and what did I want to do? Well
